Q: What is an affiliate program?
A: An affiliate program is an easy way to earn money without outlay from you. Simply let people know about the products and sales commission is credited to you.

Q: What do I enter in the Affiliate ID when I want to join?
A: Choose any easy to remember name for your log in. If it exists already you will be told immediately.

Q: How will I know what link to use to promote my business?
A: To set up your affiliate link, use any page with a .asp extension, for instance products.asp?PARTNER=YourChosenID. So if you wanted to link to the products main page and you had decided on an affiliate ID of YourChosenID then you would give people http://www.natural-care-products.co.uk/categories.asp?PARTNER=YourChosenID as the link to follow. This will automatically credit any purchases they make to your account for commission.

Q: How do I get the word out and grow my business?
A: There are many ways you could use. You can email people your unique link and any sales they make will go to your account, you can put the link on your web site, you can write to people with the link... It is limited only by your imagination.

Q: Can I use my affiliate link for my own purchases?
A: We will not issue a commission payment in cash to you if you refer yourself from a Link that is operated or controlled by your site. However, we will allow you to take your commission as a credit towards further product purchases.

Q: How much will I get paid and for doing what?
A: For every new buyer that you refer to Natural Care Products, we give you 20 percent of the order value! E.G. If a client was to purchase £100 worth of products, you would earn £20.00 (this is 20 percent of the pre-VAT order value).

Q: Will it cost me anything to become an affiliate?
A: No! Becoming an affiliate is absolutely free!

Q: When and how do I get paid?
A: All payments are made to you either by cheque, through online banking or directly into a PayPal account of your choice. This payment is made to you within 30 days of the order occurring. If you wish, you may take your payment in product. Just e-mail us and we will give you a special coupon code to use on your next purchase.

Q: How do you track buyers to verify that I am properly credited?
A: Every potential buyer who clicks on a link from your site is given a special cookie on their browser. When they make their purchase, the site looks for that cookie and flags them as a potential credit to your account. It's that simple!

Q: How do I track my incoming sales and profits?
A: Within the Affiliate area you will be able to view a full history of your sales.

Q: How long does the cookie last?
A: The cookie, a small file stored on the computer of somebody that clicks your affiliate link, lasts for 30 days. That means that if somebody clicks on your link and doesn't make a purchase right away, they will have a cookie with your referral ID on their computer, so if they purchase anything within the 30 days, you will get the credit and commission.

Q: Can I link to a particular product?
A: Yes, you can link to a product or category of your choice.

Q: Does my Web site qualify for the Affiliate Programme?
A: Almost certainly, however, we reserve the right to refuse any Affiliate.

Q: Can I become a distributor and run my own program?
A: You certainly can. Simply contact us and we will gladly talk you through this.

Q: What kind of advertising is prohibited?
A: You cannot send unsolicited email (spam) in any way. There will be no leniency in cases of unsolicited email, and Affiliates in violation of this policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from the programme. You may not advertise or display the products directly on your web site (unless you become a distributor), you should guide visitors to Natural Care Products in order to view and buy the goods.
